Q: What’s the difference between unrefined and refined sugars? Which do you use?
A: Refined sugars are highly processed and stripped of natural nutrients, often causing rapid blood sugar spikes. We use mostly unrefined, natural sweeteners like coconut sugar, maple syrup, dates, date sugar, honey, and molasses—all chosen for their richer nutrient profiles and lower glycemic impact.
Q: Do you use seed oils in your baking?
A: No, we avoid all seed oils such as canola, safflower, peanut, soybean, rice bran, and vegetable oils. Instead, we use plant-based butters, coconut oil, ghee, avocado oil, and olive oil to ensure wholesome, clean fats in our treats.
Q: Are your baked goods gluten-free & Dairy-free?
A: Yes! All of our products are made gluten-free, as well as dairy-free to accommodate those with sensitivities or celiac disease.
Q: Do you offer vegan options?
